These Promotional Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of promo codes and discount offers provided by Group Seb Arabia for home appliances (“Tefal.sa”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) on its official e-commerce website (www.tefal.sa). By using any promotional code or discount, you (“customer”, “you”, or “user”) agree to these T&C.

Eligibility & General Terms

Promo codes and discounts are available only for purchases made on Tefal.sa and cannot be redeemed in physical stores or on other e-commerce platforms.

Each promo code is valid for a limited period and expires on the date specified in the promotional offer.

Promo codes and discounts cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged for cash, or used for past purchases.

Promo codes must be entered at checkout to apply. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Promo codes may have product-specific, category-specific, or order-value-specific restrictions. If a product is excluded, the discount will not apply.

Promo Code Usage Limits

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you return a product purchased with a promo code:

1. The refund amount will be equal to the amount paid after discount, not the original price.
2. If the promo code was for a percentage-based discount, the refunded amount will be calculated proportionally.

If a promo code was used for a minimum purchase requirement, and a refund reduces the total order value below the required threshold, the discount will be removed, and the refund adjusted accordingly.

Promo codes are not reissued or reinstated if an order is canceled or returned.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Promotional Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126) and other relevant regulations.

Any disputes arising from promo code usage shall be resolved in accordance with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce (MoC) dispute resolution guidelines
