You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order as long as Items are in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and tags.

Please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. Returns are made within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Items are in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  3. In case of returning products purchased bundled (whether as discounted prices or free promotional item) all bundle products must be returned together.

We cannot accept items that are incomplete, damaged, or missing their original packaging.

Who Covers Return Shipping Costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the described ordered product (e.g. different model or color/different specs).

Can I Exchange My Product(s)?

When Will I Receive My Refund After Returning an Item or Order?

The refund process involves the following steps:

  1. Return Transit to Warehouse
    1. It typically takes up to 5 business days for the returned parcel to reach our warehouse.
  2. Parcel Scanning
    1. Once the return is received and scanned at our warehouse, the refund process is automatically triggered.
  3. Refund Processing Time
    1. Refunds generally take 8 to 10 business days after the parcel has been scanned to reflect in your bank account.
    2. Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used when placing the order.
    3. If order placed via Cash on delivery payment method refund will be done through a bank transfer.
  4. Checking Your Refund Status
    1. For the latest updates, we recommend checking your bank account directly.
    2. If you paid by credit card, either no funds will have been deducted, or the reserved amount will be released back to your account.
